You can go to town or somewhere beyond, sleep all day, hang out at the beach, whatever feels good. A longer organized hike is also planned for those interested on this day. We resume with after dinner and evening group time. This free day is usually on Wednesday or Thursday of the week. We have our morning ritual and evening ritual that day as usual.

We also ask that all attendees fill out the pre-work form which can be downloaded from the Retreats Page.
